If a restaurant were to name something after you, what would it be? Describe it.
The dish that I would be named after would be my favorite Filipino dish, sinigang pork. The dish would be named Edward’s Soupy Ribs. The dish consists of one pound bone pork chops, four cups of water, one package tamarind soup base, half pound of fresh spinach, chopped ginger, chopped onion, vegetable oil, salt, and diced tomatoes. The dish would be accompanied by rice and patise (fish sauce). I recommend everyone to try this dish. My parents use to cook it for me when I was young and now I know the recipe to cook it for myself.
