What’s your favorite part about visiting a new place – the food? The architecture? The people watching?
My favorite part about visiting a new place is the culture. Especially the food and customs the people value. It is always nice going to a new place and looking at life in a different perspective. These new cultures usually have different customs, beliefs, and values that give them a different outlook on life. I like to go into these new cultures with arms wide open. Some of their customs in a different cultures may come as a surprise but finding out they have been doing these things for hundreds of years really shows how strong a culture can be. I like to fully embrace new cultures and not judge them until I have fully understood the reasons and values behind each event. Some are ways to manhood while others express respect to elders. No matter how they show their gratitude it still amazes me that people will continue to follow in these footsteps as customs are past down from generation to generation. I like to watch people in their natural habit and really get involved in their life style.
